I am still not able to
access iX2 using the original URL
This could probably be due to the caching setting in your browser.
Please clear your internet cache and try again.
To Clear Internet cache in Internet
Explorer, follow the steps below:
- Close all Internet Explorer Windows
- Right Click on the Internet Explorer
icon on the Desktop, or on the Start Menu (Vista)
- Choose Properties
- Click Delete... button in Browsing
History Section of the General Tab
- Check Temporary Internet Files and
History check boxes
- Click Delete
- Click OK to Close
- Start Internet Explorer
I have cleared
the Internet cache, but the site is still not accessible
You may need to contact your network Administrator for assistance. The
administrator may need to clear the DNS caching for you to access iX2.
What if the
problem is still not solved?

Username
- Your Contact Phone numbers and Email
addresses
- The exact location from where you
are trying to access iXNet
- Type of Internet Connectivity and
Speed
- The Internet browser you use and

- Date and Time you have tried
connecting the site
We will investigate the issue and get
back to you.
OK, the site is
accessible. But it gives a certificate warning
You can safely ignore the Certificate warning and choose
Continue option to use iX2 Services. However, you can get rid of the
certificate warning by installing OTN Root Certificate Authority on your
browser. For help on installing OTN Root CA, see iX2 Support Section
Are my documents
up-to-date on site accessed by the Original URL
Both temporary site and original site uses the same information base to
render your documents. So, you just continue using the site as usual,
and all updates are available for the services you avail in iXNet. |
